LEARNING TO
DESCRIBE PLANETS
If you want to describe a
planet you can talk about the location, the size and the appearance of
that planet.
LOCATION. The red planet is close to the Sun.
The planet with bands is the closest to the Sun. The purple planet is closer to the Sun than the blue planet. The purple planet is far from the Sun. The blue planet is the farthest from the Sun. The green planet is farther from the Sun than the orange planet. The orange planet is the third planet. The blue planet is the eighth planet. The orange planet is between the red planet and the green one.
SIZE. The red planet is a small planet.
The green planet is the smallest. The orange planet is smaller than the blue planet. The purple planet is a big planet. The blue plane is the biggest planet. The yellow planet is bigger than the green planet. APPEARANCE. The first planet has got bands of different colours.
The second planet is red and it has got a little blue moon. The fifht planet is yellow and it has got rings. Mercury is covered in craters. YOU HAVE TO
