En primer lugar se presentaron los miembros del Comit\u00e9 en el que participaron con los siguientes representantes del alumnado: Julieta Mateos\u00a0 (1\u00ba ESO B), Ignacio Cara (2\u00ba ESO A), Carmen Fuentes (3\u00ba B), Pedro Aguilera (4\u00ba C), Yulen Guerrero (1\u00ba Bachillerato A), David L\u00f3pez (2\u00ba Bachillerato A) y Oscar Garc\u00eda (1\u00ba Farmacia A). Las familias estuvieron representadas por M\u00aa Carmen Arellano (hijo en 4\u00ba ESO), Patricia Anaya (hijo en 1\u00ba ESO), Odile Fern\u00e1ndez (hijo en 3\u00ba ESO), Silvia Calvo (hija en 2\u00ba ESO) y Amelia Garrido (hija en 1\u00baESO). Tambi\u00e9n contamos con la asistencia de dos representantes de Farmamundi, ONG que desarrolla un proyecto de educaci\u00f3n en La Madraza: Sara Antler y David Varo. El profesorado estuvo representado por Inmaculada L\u00f3pez (jefa de estudios), Montse L\u00f3pez (vicedirectora), Estrella Villanueva (orientadora), Helvia Blanco (coordinadora del \u00c1rea Ling\u00fc\u00edstica), Francisco Bazoco (coordinador del \u00c1rea Cient\u00edfica), \u00c1ngeles Guzm\u00e1n (coordinadora del Ciclo Formativo), Elena Garc\u00eda (coordinadora de Igualdad), Lourdes Dom\u00ednguez (coordinadora de Forma Joven), Conchi Reyes (coordinadora de Proyectos Internacionales) y Pablo Acosta (coordinador de Ecoescuelas).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15886 lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/ieslamadraza.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2021_10_01-Comite\u0301-Ambiental2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"376\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/ieslamadraza.com\/wp\/wp-content\/img\/2021\/10\/2021_10_01-Comite\u0301-Ambiental2.jpg 720w, https:\/\/ieslamadraza.com\/wp\/wp-content\/img\/2021\/10\/2021_10_01-Comite\u0301-Ambiental2-300x225.jpg 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 501px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 501\/376;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se explic\u00f3 el funcionamiento del Programa Ecoescuelas y del Comit\u00e9 que este a\u00f1o celebrar\u00e1 sus reuniones los viernes a las 9:15, aproximadamente una vez al mes. Seguidamente se indic\u00f3 que el consumo responsable es el tema elegido para el curso 2021-22 y se realiz\u00f3 una lluvia de ideas sobre posibles actividades a realizar. Se llen\u00f3 la pizarra con un n\u00famero sorprendente de ideas que recogemos aqu\u00ed relativamente ordenadas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSIBLES INVESTIGACIONES PARA LA FASE DE ECOAUDITOR\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentar el ciclo de vida de los <strong>tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles<\/strong> (tal vez con el v\u00eddeo \u00abLa historia de las cosas\u00bb) e investigar sobre la vida que tienen los tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles entre el alumnado, profesorado y familias.<\/li>\n<li>Estudiar el consumo de <strong>papel<\/strong> en el Instituto y lo que implica de consumo de \u00e1rboles, agua y energ\u00eda, as\u00ed como de producci\u00f3n de contaminantes. Se puede combinar con un taller de elaboraci\u00f3n de papel reciclado y con una reforestaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar\u00a0 a <strong>d\u00f3nde van a parar nuestros residuos<\/strong>, sobre todo ropa y residuos electr\u00f3nicos. \u00bfEs verdad que terminan en algunos pa\u00edses africanos?<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre la <strong>publicidad<\/strong>, como un pilar fundamental de la sociedad de consumo,\u00a0 y desarrollar un esp\u00edritu cr\u00edtico frente a ella.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el <strong>etiquetado<\/strong> de los productos alimentarios, ropa, papel, madera, etc., para conocer las diferentes <strong>certificaciones<\/strong> existentes y su utilidad a la hora de una compra responsable. Reflexionar sobre el ranking de alimentos seg\u00fan Nutri Score.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el excesivo envasado de los productos que compramos, especialmente los denominado \u00ab<strong>alimentos plastificados<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el <strong>consumo excesivo de alimentos y sobre si son saludables o no. <\/strong>Tambi\u00e9n sobre el desperdicio de alimentos ya que buena parte de los producidos terminan en la basura.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el consumo abusivo de <strong>medicamentos y cosm\u00e9ticos<\/strong>. Aprender a determinar qu\u00e9 cosm\u00e9ticos son mejores para la salud y el medio ambiente.<\/li>\n<li>Promover el ahorro de <strong>electricidad y agua<\/strong> tras un estudio previo sobre nuestro consumo basado en el an\u00e1lisis de las facturas correspondientes. El estudio de las energ\u00edas renovables se puede completar con un an\u00e1lisis de la problem\u00e1tica de los terrenos agr\u00edcolas destinados a huertos solares. Conchi Reyes informa que se va a desarrollar un proyecto sobre energ\u00edas renovables con alumnado de 4\u00baESO (Erasmus sobre cambio clim\u00e1tico).<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre el <strong>consumo excesivo de ropa y calzado <\/strong>as\u00ed como sobre el origen de la ropa que llevamos y sobre la industria textil: consumo de agua, contaminantes, condiciones laborales, deslocalizaci\u00f3n&#8230; Se podr\u00eda completar con un taller de costura y con el reciclaje de prendas viejas para crear talegas para el bocadillo.<\/li>\n<li>Descubrir a investigar el <strong>comercio local<\/strong>. Nos interesa conocer los productos que nos ofrecen, su precio, pero tambi\u00e9n las condiciones de vida de las personas que trabajan en ellos, el tipo de relaciones que se establecen con los clientes&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Detectar tambi\u00e9n <strong>entidades de econom\u00eda social, de comercio justo, cooperativas de productores y consumidores<\/strong>&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre nuestras compras en <strong>grandes superficies y en tiendas <em>online<\/em><\/strong>: productos, precios, condiciones de vida de la personas que trabajan en ellos, tipo de relaciones que se establecen con los clientes&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre la agroecolog\u00eda y los <strong>alimentos de cercan\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0o kil\u00f3metro cero. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ventajas nos aportan? Francisco Bazoco se ofrece para elaborar mensualmente una lista de productos de temporada.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar sobre las especies que se usan habitualmente en <strong>jardiner\u00eda<\/strong> y promover especies aut\u00f3ctonas que requieran poca agua. Esto se puede aplicar a jardines familiares, al jard\u00edn del Instituto e, incluso, se pueden hacer propuestas concretas al Ayuntamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OTRAS ACTUACIONES Y PROPUESTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00eda del Trueque o Mercadillo Alternativo<\/strong> en los d\u00edas previos al <em>Black Friday<\/em> dentro de una campa\u00f1a frente al consumismo en la que tambi\u00e9n se podr\u00eda incorporar el \u00abreto trece prendas por estaci\u00f3n\u00bb (26 de noviembre).<\/li>\n<li>Tienda de <strong>comercio justo<\/strong> (tal vez en el D\u00eda de la Ecoescuela).<\/li>\n<li>Relanzar la campa\u00f1a \u00ab<strong>Movil\u00edzate por la selva<\/strong>\u00bb y dar a conocer la figura de Jane Goodall y sus valores.<\/li>\n<li>Invitar a Nicol\u00e1s Olea, experto en alimentaci\u00f3n, <strong>micropl\u00e1sticos y disruptores endocrinos<\/strong>. Lourdes Dom\u00ednguez recuerda que ya contamos con una profesora de su equipo, Marieta Fern\u00e1ndez, que imparti\u00f3 una charla que merece la pena repetir a una nueva generaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Campa\u00f1a contra el <strong>tabaquismo<\/strong> que parece haberse incrementado en los \u00faltimos tiempos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Salidas<\/strong> relacionadas con el medio ambiente y para realizar acciones concretas, como reforestaciones, limpieza de parajes naturales&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Campa\u00f1a de promoci\u00f3n del uso de la <strong>bicicleta<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Profundizar en el concepto de <strong>econom\u00eda de cuidados<\/strong> frente a una sociedad que solo valora lo que tiene un valor monetario.<\/li>\n<li>La mayor\u00eda del alumnado coincidi\u00f3 en la necesidad de volver a insistir en<strong> limpieza y reciclaje<\/strong>: uso correcto de contenedores, reducci\u00f3n de envases, desayuno sin papel aluminio y sin botellas desechables&#8230; Tal vez establecer un responsable de reciclaje en cada clase.
