A RESEARCH
ON LANDFORMS.
Stages of the work:
- Each team (three people) will search on the
Internet on a particular landscape. Choose yours!
- You have to discuss and to work out about the
origins of the landform:
- Agents (rivers, streams,
glaciers, wind, waves...).
- Processes
(erosion, deposition).
- Factors (climate, type
of rock, vegetation, slope...).
- After that you have to prepare a poster (using
your computer) and an oral exposition about it. Your presentation has to
include:
- Location.
- Description of your
particular landform.
- Explanation about the
origins of your landform.

- Las Médulas (León).
- Ciudad Encantada (Cuenca).
- Trevenque (Granada).
- Cahorros (Granada).
- El tornillo del Torcal de
Antequera (Málaga).
- Flecha de El Rompido (Huelva).
- Monte Cervino (Alpes).
- Marismas de Doñana (Huelva).
- El Corral del Veleta (Granada).
- Tómbolo del Peñón de Gibraltar
(Cádiz).
- Delta del Ebro (Tarragona).
- Meandro de Montoro (Córdoba)
- Rambla de Albuñol (Granada).
- Tajos de Alhama (Granada).
- Tajos y Tobas de Vélez de
Benaudalla (Granada).
- Cárcavas del Marchal (Granada)
- Any other you are interested in.
Assesment will take into account:
- Analysis of the origins of the landform.
- Poster design.
- Oral communication
